Dr. Ulrike Wolff stands for the overall DWMB concept and plays the lead role in the services we offer. For over 20 years, she has worked exclusively as a Top Executive Coach in large SMEs and major corporations. Her areas of specialty are:

  • CEO support and team development at the top
  • Preparation for role on the board
  • Facilitating in-house meetings of executive boards and supervisory boards

Ulrike Wolff’s background and education are in banking and sociology (corporate banking at a major bank, Diploma in Adult Education, Doctorate in Developmental Psychology). In addition, she has a wide range of experience and expertise in committee, advisory, foundation and supervisory board activities.
